Light calcined Magnesia ball

Light calcined magnesium ball is made of ordinary light calcined magnesium powder by mixing and pressing into ball It is mainly used in converter steelmaking and slag splashing to protect the furnace and extend service life ofthe converter. The preparation of light calcined magnesium ball is to add 20% water to 80% of light calcined magnesium powder which will then be put into the mixing mill for rolling, stirring and mixing (for 15 - 20min) to form the mixed material. and then send to ball pressing equipment through the belt conveyor to manufacture the product. Once manufactured the products will be piled up, After 48h drying and forming strength, the light calcined magnesium ball will be ready for sale.
